Victoria married her late husband, Norris Hokes, Sr. on Dec. 12, 1954. She attended Chicot County High School, loved cooking and watching television and was added to the Church of Christ in 1980 under the leadership of Brother William H. Hines. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a two sons, Ricky Earl Hokes and Norris Hokes, Jr.; a daughter, Prince Mae Hokes; six brothers, Norman Jiles, Earnest Jiles, Willie Jiles, Eddie Jiles, Andrew Jiles, Jr., Leroy Jiles; and two sisters, Jarlee Robinson and Daisy Oliver.
Victoria is survived by her children, Deloris Racey off Milwaukee, WI, Velma Williams (Rance) of Minneapolis, MN, Fennie Hokes of Milwaukee, WI, Herman Hokes (Pam) of Big Springs, TX, Vickie Oneal (the late Robert Lee Oneal) of Dermott, Rosie Hegler (Kenneth) of Dermott, and Freddie Hokes of McGehee; one brother, Freddie B. Jiles of Milwaukee, WI; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
