Little Rock, AR Thursday, October 19, 2023 I would like to send my prayers and condolences to the family of Mr. Gerald Marsh. I have known Gerald and Mrs. Norma Marsh for a long time. They are a part of my extended family and I will truly miss him, his kindness towards me, his laughs, jokes and how he would mess with Mrs. Norma and then laugh so hard at her. He was a genuine, true person and always the same every time that I seen him. May God wrap his arms of comfort and peace around the minds and hearts of his family. Blessings and love. You have won the victory. #RILGERALDStacy Cater
