In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Handly.
She is survived by her husband; her five daughters, Brenda Pittman, Nancy O'Neill and husband Eddie, and Amanda Huneycutt all of Star City, AR, Katrinia Monroe and husband David of White Hall, AR, and Rebekah Housley and husband Trevor of Hector; two sons, Jeff Byerly of Star City, AR, and David Byerly and wife Sandra of Baytown, TX; two nephews, Jerry Handly of Rison, AR, and Jeff Handly of Mississippi; eighteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Star City with Rev. Elmer Byerly and Rev. Jarrod Pettitt officiating. Burial will follow in Drake Cemetery in Star City, AR.
