“Varn” as my grandchildren lovingly called her, has been a very special person in our lives.
She and my mother were lifetime best friends. After becoming widowed , they both chose to move to Hot Springs for their retirement years. They even purchased homes in the same retirement community.
If the church bus was leaving the parking lot for a road trip , you could most always find the two of them onboard. They enjoyed traveling and shopping. Varn was the very definition of a lady, quiet and reserved. I’m sure, there was , and continues to be a great celebration in Heaven, as my mom went before her five years ago. Varn will always hold a very special place in the hearts of our family.
