Grady L. Tabor, Sr., age 85 of Hot Springs, AR and former resident of Southeast Arkansas for many years, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR. He was born February 02, 1939, in Sheridan, AR to the late Carl E. Tabor and Selma Greenlee Tabor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Tabor, Jimmy Tabor; and sister, Betty Tabor Wray.
He was a retired farmer having farmed in the Southeast Arkansas Delta for more than 60 years. Grady loved farming and developing land. He graduated from Dermott High School and attended University of Arkansas at Monticello. He was a member of First Methodist Church of Hot Springs.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Tabor; two sons, Grady Tabor, Jr. (Crystal) and Greg Tabor (Carolyn); daughter, Gina Tabor; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. In addition, Grady was also loved by Linda's three children, their spouses, and grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with J.J. Galloway officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to service time. A private burial will be at a later date.
