Monticello, AR Monday, September 16, 2024 Families of Frances,I am so sorry for your loss. I was blessed to have known her the biggest part of my life. When we worked at the carpet mill I saw her on a daily basis, her office was down the hall around the corner from mine. She was always in a pleasant mood and never at a loss for words. Frances was a real gem. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
