Daniel Hewey ''DH'' Forrest, age 75, of Monticello, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 16, 2024, at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born November 13, 1949, in Monticello to the late Daniel ''Mitt'' and Helen Parker Forrest. At the age of 10, he started logging with his dad, Mitt, with chainsaws and horses. My heart breaks for everyone. I consider myself abundantly blessed to have known DH. I will never forget how hard I laughed when he told his stories, and how much fun it was to see him catch monster fish. There was no denying his love for his family. He clearly loved them all and loved them well. I will continue to pray for peace and comfort for everyone who will miss him so much.
