Bobbie, Spud & Nancy, I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet Mama. She will indeed leave a void in all of our lives. I, too, will miss her.I will surely miss the funny stories she would tell. I will surely miss her calling me "hun". I will surely miss the fantastic meals she used to fix. I will surely miss her contagious laughter. Most of all, I will just simply miss her, my mother's only sister. Her home going has left a void in our family never to be filled by anyone else. But as much as she will be missed here among our earthly family, I am made to think of how things must be for her in her Heavenly home with her Heavenly family. On Wednesday afternoon, Aunt Berneyce saw the face of Jesus. Her angel came for her to deliver her to be a part of Heaven to sing praises and worship God the Father around the throne in glory. She has been reunited with loved ones and friends, and is surely rejoicing. I also rejoice for her in her new body. She was loved while here on earth. I have many memories of the past to call to mind as I remember her. I loved her then...I love her now. Thanks Aunt Berneyce for loving me, too. Bobbie, thanks so much for the selfless care and concern you you had for Aunt Berneyce over the last few years. You and Kenny did a remarkable job in caring for her. Love you for that. Aunt Berneyce, I miss you already.

Aunt Berneyce was a good woman loved by many. I remember spending time at Aunt Berneyce and Uncle Robert's house playing in the yard, fishing with Uncle Robert, eating (some serious eating), shelling peas, and who could forget the stories told by both of them. We loved Aunt Berneyce.
  13. Carole (Doss-Johns) Rushing
Bobbie and Kenny, I am so sorry for your loss. I think back to the years when, as a newly wed, I lived close by the Wallaces and Bobbie walked back and forth past the house to school. They were such wonderful neighbors and I have never forgotten them. Having known Kenny all of his life, I wanted you both to know that you are in my prayers. May God wrap his love around you to help you through this difficult time and give you the peace and comfort that only HE can.

We have such fond memories of Aunt Berneyce. What a lot of fun that she was, and I'm just glad that she is with Uncle Robert and Memaw now! We will see them all again one day, and what fun that will be. Thank you Bobbie and Kenny for taking care of her! I do know that it was not always an easy job, but you both were wonderful.
