monticello, AR Sunday, April 17, 2011 Although I did not personally know Mr Reaves, I feel I know the type of person he was by the way he influenced his family and loved ones. I have the pleasure of sharing friendships with his daughter and son-in-law, and it is through them that I have followed Mr Reaves journey the past few years. I admire the love that Mr Reaves had for his family, his fight and perseverance against the terrible disease of cancer, and his military service to this country. He has served as a great example of what a man, a citizen, and a christian should be.Lou Arnold

Andrews, TX Saturday, April 16, 2011 To all the family of Bob Reaves, I want to extend my sincere condolences. I am so sorry to say that I never got to know Bob or the family. I am a first cousin, formerly Lois Marie Clark, daughter of Nora Lee Kemp, one of Aunt 'Willie Mae's younger sisters. After marriage, I moved to Texas many years ago, and lost touch with most of my mother's family, sad to say. I have recently been in contact with some of my cousins in LA, and in Abilene, Texas. I feel greatly for your loss, I've had a lot of sickness and death in my family, and I know that pain. I hope for you peace, and may "The God of all comfort" be with you in this time of sorrow.(2 Cor. 1:3-4) I hope to get to know some of you better in the future. All my love, Lois M. Tanner.
