Washington, IA Tuesday, February 4, 2014 To my "extended" south Arkansas family. It was only just today, February 4th of 2014 that I happened to find Miss Frances' obituary. I have never forgotten how Miss Frances and Mr. Buddy befriended me when we met in Little Rock. I came to know and Love deeply the Brown and Lane families! I worked for Sunbelt Couriers out of Little Rock for 3 years 10 months back in the mid 1980s. I made trips to Monticello to visits after I had returned to my home state of Iowa. I will never forget getting "iced" in during one winter storm there! My Love goes deep for you all! Sandra and family! Mark Smith. Washington, IowaSheila Zeno
