Judith Ann Rodgers Carter, 71 of Star City passed away September 18, 2011 at North Metro Medical Center in Jacksonville. She was born January 15, 1940 in Nashville, TN to the late Buster Rodgers and Lillie Cowsert Rodgers.

She was a 1967 honor graduate of Arkansas A & M (now UAM), a retired school teacher and Title Abstractor, and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her husband, Odell Carter of Star City; two sons, Roger Carter and Paul Carter both of Star City; four grandchildren, Whitney and Holly Carter and James and Austin Carter.
