She was the widow of Lyndle Hogue, retired from Burlington Industries and was a member of Rose Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd Scholes and Lucy Scholes and was also preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters. Mrs. Hogue was a lifetime member of the Drew Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Donald Hogue and wife, Norma of Monticello; one daughter, Lucy Anne Goodding and husband, Robert of Monticello; five grandchildren, James Hogue, Mike Hogue, Billy Hogue, Charles Goodding and Alan Goodding; nine great grandchildren, Ryan Hogue, Jason Hogue, Blake Hogue, Jesse Hogue, Ashley Forrest, Alex Goodding, Spencer Goodding, Abbi Goodding and Tyler Doss and one great great grandchild, Lyndle Cain Forrest.
