Dear Cousins, your sweet little Mama was the shining star of my childhood memories from our visits to Arkansas. I will always remember her big smile and chuckles as she held the screen door wide open to let all of us in for lots of fun and laughter. Your family will always hold a very special place in my heart, but sweet little Aunt Earlene takes the cake!

    Hatley Family

I have known and loved Mrs. Earlene Hatley since I was a small child. The Hatley and The Bates family have been friends and neighbors for years. When the Hatley`s Son Byron and our Daughter Rhonda married we then shared children and then later grandchildren Jared and Hilary.

I have always admired Mrs. Earlene`s great faith and love for God. She once told me " she was so heavenly minded she was no earthly good". She was heavenly minded but she was also great good for earth.

I will miss her and her prayers for me when I needed them the most.

    James and Kathy Bates Berry
