My condolence to the Bowen. I was a classmate of Patty, graduation class of 1974. My stepfather the last Hubert Smith and Mr. Bowen were friends and business men. Mr. Bowen was a good man that employed my last cousin Charlie E. Ridgell and took good care of his business affairs. My family really appreciated that. Mr. Cecil Bowen will be greatly missed.

    Thanks,
