Lavenice Chirnette Lawrence, 43 passed away October 24, 2012 at Jefferson Regional Hospital in Pine Bluff. She was born November 4, 1968 in Chicago, IL.

Lavenice attended the Chicago, IL School District. She was a very special lady with a heart of gold. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shunquitta Martin and one granddaughter, Kamiya Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving father and mother, Mr. Willie and Odessa Lawrence of Chicago, IL.; a devoted companion, Johnnie Lee Martin of Monticello; four sons, Javonte Lawrence of Chicago, IL, Johnnie Lee Martin, Jr., Dequan Martin and Martise Martin all of Monticello; two daughters, Lakeisha Martin and Keyanna Martin, both of Monticello; two step-sons, Kendrick Chavis of Arlington, TX and Antonio Daniels of Monticello; four brothers, Ricky Lawrence of Atlanta, GA, Christopher (Brenda) Lawrence, Willie James (Deborah) Lawrence and Billy Lawrence all of Chicago, IL; two sisters Linda (Garsswah) Blacktom and Deborah (Dennis) Parker of Chicago, IL; three grandchildren, Ja'Kori Green, Quneisha Caldwell and Keyavis Williams all of Monticello; seven aunts, three uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
