Little Rock, AR Friday, November 9, 2012 I have many fond childhood memories of spending time at Mrs. Nipper's house when I was growing up on Woodrow. My mom and I would visit her often. She did alteration and sewing for my mom. She was always a sweet and gentle friend to me and I always think of her when I drive through that old neighborhood. My prayers go out to her family. God blessed her with a long life.Carol Chicoski
