Washington, DC Monday, January 6, 2014 I am so very saddened to hear of the death of Ms. Frances. She and my Mother (Reatha Price) were close friends, at DCNH, for close to four years and I had the wonderful opportunity to have long conversations with her, many times. She always delighted in showing me her latest works and I loved the sparkle in her eyes and her very warm smiles. She was a genuinely loving person of everyone she encountered. After my Mother's death, I always kept check on Ms. Frances, through her Niece, Tammy and when I received the news of her passing, last night, my heart ached. I mourn her loss. May light perpetual shine upon her soul and all those who have gone before her and may peace be with you+Stacy Lockeby
