Pauline and Family: I have such sweet memories of growing up in Halley and Ozell, Ellis and you were a big part of that. Ozell exuded generosity and goodness. I still remember her delicious vegetable soup and how much she and Momma loved each other. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Louise!

I am so very saddened to hear of the death of Ms. Frances. She and my Mother (Reatha Price) were close friends, at DCNH, for close to four years and I had the wonderful opportunity to have long conversations with her, many times. She always delighted in showing me her latest works and I loved the sparkle in her eyes and her very warm smiles. She was a genuinely loving person of everyone she encountered. After my Mother's death, I always kept check on Ms. Frances, through her Niece, Tammy and when I received the news of her passing, last night, my heart ached. I mourn her loss. May light perpetual shine upon her soul and all those who have gone before her and may peace be with you+

    Paulette and family,
I speak for the entire Fields family in sending our condolences to you all. I can't help but think of all the times sitting there listening to the stories that she had to tell and I as a young child soaking it all in. She was one in a million.

Heaven gained another Angel last night, I can just imagine the joyful reunion. Aunt Della got to meet her Lord and Svior last night, and saw her Mama, Daddy and sweet Sisters again. I just hope I can strive to be just like Aunt Della, all of her life she never had an ill word for anyone. She always saw the best in everyone. We love you Aunt Della and we shall meet again.
