While I am saddened to learn Addie had made the Heavenly transition, I knew it was time. She was my friend since the first time I peeped into the room of Armin and Addie. They both welcomed me and I stopped at least once or twice a week for the past several years. I loved them both dearly, and Addie grew to know I'd visit her every time I visited her roommate, Anna Runyan. She was very sad after Anna died, she never seemed to quite come to grips with her death. She's at peace now with God. Love to all of her family I met through the dears. She was a dear!

My mother, Wade Holder, is a resident of the same nursing home with Ms Addie. That is how my sister and I came to know her. She ate at the next table to where we were so we would talk to her and her little group of ladies. She was always so pleasant to everyone. I would ask her about her lunch. Sometimes she liked it other times she wouldn't. I would ask her about her childhood, marriage, just life in general. If she could remember she would tell me or would say, " you know I just can't remember that, " and then laugh that little laugh she had. She liked it when her sister would take her out for the day. Said she always had a good time. When I heard of her passing, I was both sad and happy for her. We will be sad but glad she is out of her pain and now all thing will be restored in her. God get a really super angel to add to his choir.

Thank you Joan, for telling me about her death. My brother, Charles, has COPD and requires oxygen. He knows about the service, but will not be able to attend.
