Natalie Sue Kemp Graves, 48, of Monticello, passed away April 21, 2010. She was born in Shreveport, LA on October 1, 1961.

Natalie was a dispatcher for the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Dept. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Ruby Kemp; her maternal grandmother Lottie Bussey; her paternal grandfather Edwin Kemp; and her maternal grandfather Robert Flournoy.

Survivors include one son Matthew Dunn, and wife Stephanie of Hampton; her father and stepmother Gene & Linda Kemp of Monticello; her mother Barbara Kemp of Monticello; and one grandson Trevor Allen Dunn.
