Vicki Lephiew McCartney, age 57 of Warren passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born June 22, 1961 in Warren, AR to the late Thomas L. Lephiew and Patsy Crawford Lephiew.

She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Pine Lodge Nursing Home in Warren and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Regina McCartney.

Survivors include one son, Kelley McCartney of Warren; one daughter, Heather Pickle of Warren; four brothers, Thomas Lephiew and wife Erma of Star City, Calvin Lephiew and wife Charlotte of Hermitage, Mark Lephiew and wife Sally of Cabot and Roy Lephiew and wife Joyce of Warren; one sister, Malinda Lephiew "Jimmy" of Banks; five grandchildren, Illa, Michael, Michelle, Madison and Austin.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Garrison Cemetery in Bradley County. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home in Monticello. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
