David Earl Watkins, Jr., age 72 of Monticello passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. He was born October 15, 1946 in Union County, AR to the late David Earl Watkins, Sr. and Lenora Wright Watkins.

He was a truck driver for Select Concrete for 20 plus years.

Survivors include his wife, Cassie Liggins Watkins of Monticello; one step-son, Henry Williams of Monticello; a host of grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness, especially Select Concrete.
