Ramona Julia Etta McCoy, age 52, of Wilmar, Arkansas died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was born February 5, 1968, in Dermott, Arkansas, to the late Earl Raymond and Annie Devona Harris McCoy.

She was the wife of Darren Bailey and the manager of the Cracker Box store in Monticello for 20 plus years. She was loved by the community and all who knew her. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and horror movies. She is preceded in death by both her parents, one sister, Georgia Etheridge, two grandsons, Alex Hawkins and Devon Lazarus.

Julia is survived by her husband; four children, Holly Moore of Russellville, Christopher Lazarus of Little Rock, Derek Dixon of Hot Springs and Dylan Dixon of Wilmot; three sisters, Flora Ann Leonard, Andrea Simpson and Edwina Boyd; eight grandchildren, Gage Hawkins, Jailen Lazarus, Julia Lazarus, Andrew Lazarus, Nevaeh Lazarus, Addyson Hawkins, Emberleigh Dixon and one on the way, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A come and go visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. with COVID-19 protocol in place. A celebration of her life will follow at 2 p.m. for her family. Please sign the online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
