Jack Norman Chadwick age 76 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at his home. He was born April 26, 1944, the third child of the late Hewey & Myrtle Brown Chadwick.

He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susie Jones Chadwick of Wilmar; a daughter, Jackie Bennett of Wilmar; a granddaughter, Haley Woods, and Keith Chambliss of Star City; a grandson, Jody Bennett; and a great-granddaughter, London Nichole Davis.

He is also survived by sisters, Myra DeArmond, Dorothy and Alan Harper of Conroe, TX, Fran and Randy Burks of Warren; brothers Robert and Carla Chadwick of Kansas City, KS, Ralph Chadwick of Warren, David and Rhonda Chadwick of El Dorado, and Kenny Chadwick of Warren.
