Mary Knighten Tucker, 80, of San Antonio, TX, formerly of Monticello, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX.

She was the widow of Billy Tucker, a retired sales clerk for Van Atkins and a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late John Knighten and Irma Berry Knighten and was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Lee Rawls. Mary was a fantastic cook and very creative with her hands. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include one son, Dennis Tucker and wife, Trish of San Antonio, TX; one grandson, Ryan Tucker and wife, Mandi; two great grandchildren, Faith Elizabeth Tucker and Zachary Ryan Tucker; one nephew, Tony Rawls of Monticello.
