Royce Lee Dickerson, age 73 of Monticello, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, at his home in Monticello. He was born July 8, 1947, in Monticello, AR to the late Roy Dickerson, Jr. and Effie Louday Gardner Dickerson.

He was the retired owner of Dickerson Auto Sales and Dickerson Properties, a Christian and a proud member of Choctaw Nation. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Quentin Dickerson; siblings, Gerald Dickerson, Loretta Joyce Dickerson Gunter, Danny Dickerson and Brenda Dickerson and long-time companion, Diana Acrey.

He is survived by a son, Allen Dickerson and wife Amy of Monticello; grandchildren, Sydney, Kohl, Kellan and Kam Dickerson, Amber and Shaniah Dickerson and Justin Larson; sisters, Jeannie Devore of Hot Springs, Kathy Rabb of Monticello and Jenny Wright and husband David of Rison; several great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
