Tammy Sharece Courtney, age 60, of Monticello, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Arkansas. She was born February 2, 1961, in Monticello, Arkansas to Harry Wayne Reemes and Helen Joy Herring. Tammy was a Christian and she loved writing music. She loved people and animals, especially her grandchildren and horses.
She is preceded in death by her father, Harry Wayne Reemes; a sister, Phyllis Reems; and a brother, Ricky Reemes.
She is survived by her son, Jonathon Bodie Courtney; her daughter, Summer Sharee Courtney; her mother, Helen Joy Burt, of Monticello; two brothers, Eddie Randall Reemes and Shawn Malcom Reemes; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
