Willis Laron Stanley
December 3, 1945 - December 9, 2022

Our Brother, Willis Laron Stanley, was born on December 03, 1945, to the late A.D. and Lexcie Stanley. He transitioned to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, December 09, 2022, at Gardner Nursing Home around 2:30 p.m. at the age of 77.

Willis was born and raised in Cominto, Arkansas. Even though Willis was disabled he was an extremely hard-working man, kept his bedroom in immaculate shape…He believed cleanliness was next to Godliness and He LOVED the outdoors. Willis was the family greeter and loved shaking hands.

Willis was a member of Pilgrim Rest A.M.E. Church and was baptized under Reverend Kent J. Broughton.

Willis was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and his stepmother, three brothers: James Stanley, A.D. Stanley Jr., Richard Stanley, and two sisters: Doris Jean Stanley, Judy Stanley Fair.

Willis leaves to cherish his memories, his sisters, Dorothy Bilton (Vallejo California), Nancy (James) Williams, Carolyn (Alfonzo) Peer, Vera Wiley, Jewel (Odell) Davis, Cathy Ridgel, all of (Monticello, Arkansas). Linnie (Jay) Edwards (McKinney, Texas). His brothers, Chester Stanley (Sacramento, California). Curtis Stanley (Panhandle, Texas). Fred Stanley (Omaha, Nebraska). Parnell Stanley, Kenneth (Margie) Stanley both of (Monticello, Arkansas). Wozell (Alinka) Stanley of (Star City, Arkansas). Willie Smith (Shirley) of (Chicago, Illinois). Willis was also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews other family and friends.
