Our dearly loved Frank Roach, 51, passed away on December 29, 2022.
He is survived by his daughter, Brooklyn, and her mother, Cadyn Spruell of Nashville, TN; his father, Johnny Roach of Monticello, AR; his brothers, Howe (Brandi) Roach of Fayetteville, AR and John (Paula) Roach of Bixby, OK; his sister Cindy (Brian) Campion of Dallas, TX; his nieces and nephews Griffin, Anna and Samantha Roach, Lofton, Keller, Lola and Mase Roach as well as Riley, Emerson and Wyatt Campion. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kaye Roach.
Frank attended First Baptist Church in Monticello. He graduated from Monticello High School in 1989 where he exceled in football and power lifting. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1993 where he was part of the Rho Sigma Red Shirts organization. He was a walk-on member of the OBU Tigers Football Team where he earned a scholarship, earned all-conference honors and elected as team captain. After OBU, he graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1998. Frank then practiced dentistry in Atlanta, GA for over 20 years.
Frank was smart, passionate, kindhearted, generous and a loyal friend. Frank worked hard to be the best football player he could be. He was a gifted dentist and was driven to do things with excellency. Frank was generous and willing to help anyone. If you needed anything, Frank was there. Frank loved to make everyone in the room laugh. He was always up for an adventure and loved flying high in his plane. If you met or knew Frank, you will always remember him.
We would have loved more time with Frank, but we are forever grateful for the blessing his life was to those that loved him.
The family will host a visitation on Friday, January 6th at First Baptist Church of Monticello, AR from 6-8 p.m. A celebration service will be on Saturday, January 7th at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church.
