Eula Mae Daniels
August 28, 1930 - May 26, 2023

Eula Mae Daniels, age 92 of Monticello, AR, transitioned to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, May 26, 2023, at her home. She was born August 28, 1930, in Longview, Arkansas to the late John A. Green and Atlee Lambert Green.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was a homemaker for years. Eula Mae loved being outdoors gardening, fishing, and tending to her flowers. She served faithfully in various capacities in her church until her health declined.
She was a member of Mount Olive A.M.E Church under the leadership of Rev. Jesse Washington for many years until she moved her membership to Pilgrim Rest A.M.E Church under the leadership of Rev. Kent Broughton and later, under the leadership of Pastor Christopher Goodman.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, James Daniels; two sons, Roy Lee Daniels and James LeRon Daniels; one daughter, Freda Brock; five brothers, John A. Green, Jr., Carl Lee Green, John H. Green, Ernest Green, and Columbus Green; and one sister, Willie Dale Green.
She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Atlean Riley and Willie Jean Sawyer of Lacey, Arkansas, and Lisa (Harold) Bell of Wilmar, Arkansas; two sons; John (Deborah) Daniels and Damon Daniels of Lacey, Arkansas; one sister Georgia Green of Monticello, AR; eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren; one sister-in-law; Onnie Lee Daniels of Monticello AR; one brother-in-law, Lamar (Renae) Daniels of California; and three inherited daughters; Lula (Henry) Harden, Faye Jenkins and Mildred Thomas of Monticello, AR.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Chris Goodman presiding. Burial will be in Lacey Cemetery.
