Michael Dane “Mike” Withers, age 70 of Monticello, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, at The Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello, AR. He was born August 18, 1953, in Monticello, AR to the late Marion Merrell Withers and Audrey Wilson Withers.
He was a retired carpenter, a Baptist and a United States Marine Corp Veteran. Mike was an outdoorsman who liked to hunt and fish. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Withers; and a nephew, Billy Cliff Mitchell.
Survivors include his son, Chris Withers and wife Bridget of Monticello along with grandchildren, Presley, Perri, Peyton, Paislyn and Walker; his daughter, Michele Blocker of Rogers along with grandchildren, Kaleb, Colton and Conner; five brothers, Sonny Withers and wife Margaret, Yates Withers and wife Pam, Randy Withers, Kerry Withers and wife Karen, and Mark Withers all of Monticello; a sister, Marion Rhodes of Gurdon; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024, at Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Jacks officiating. You can sign Mike’s guestbook registry on this page.
