Waynette Lindsey Woodall, age 71 of Monticello, AR went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 18, 2024, after a battle with cancer. She was born in Star City, AR on March 11, 1953, to the late John Wayne Lindsey, Sr.and Verda Fish Lindsey. She was a retired school teacher and a member of First Baptist Church of Monticello, where she worked many years in the nursery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Woodall. Survivors include her daughter, Lindsay Anne Woodall Grissom and husband Jeremy Grissom, her son, Jeremy Taylor Woodall and wife Becca Sustaire Woodall, along with her brother, John Wayne Lindsey, Jr. and wife Teri Leigh Young Lindsey and sister Kim Lindsey Level and husband Daryl Level. She is also survived by her six precious grandchildren, Katelin Rose Grissom, Jonathan Davis Grissom, Willow Grace Woodall, Annsley Claire Grissom, Cash Taylor Woodall, and Barrett Grey “Bear” Woodall; a host of nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, Howard Wayne Woodall. Visitation will be Monday, April 22, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. A private family graveside service will be held in Oakland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Jefferson Regional Jones-Dunkin Cancer Center in Pine Bluff, AR in honor of Dr. Brian Campbell and his loving staff, First Baptist Church Children's Building Remodel and UAM Baptist Collegiate Ministry.
