Kennon Charles “KC” Knobloch, age 35, of Monticello, Arkansas passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born October 21, 1988, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Arkansas to Charles Knobloch and Tammy Mullis Knobloch.
He was a graduate of Monticello High School, Class of 2007. KC went on to further his education at Ouachita Baptist University, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business, Accounting, and Finance. KC was a certified public accountant for McQueen and Company for several years working with businesses all over southeast Arkansas. He then became a financial advisor for Edwards Jones where he truly enjoyed helping people plan their future financial wellbeing.
KC and his family were active members of First Baptist Church. He was a member of the Monticello Rotary Club, SEARK Board member, former treasurer of Drew County Historical Society, and former president of Rho Sigma Social Club. His hobbies included anything outdoors such as hunting and fishing. He also loved to travel, try new things and hang out with his family and friends making memories. But most of all KC’s favorite way to spend his time was volunteering and coaching his kids’ sports teams. KC is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Buddy Knobloch and Maurice Knobloch; and maternal grandfather, Sammy Mullis.
Survivors include his wife, Elyse Knobloch; two sons, Winston Samuel Knobloch and Wyatt Lincoln Knobloch; parents, Charles and Tammy Knobloch; sister, Kelly Knobloch; grandmother, Connie Mullis all of Monticello; father-in-law, Dharma Zainal; mother-in-law, Hariaty Zainal; brothers-in-law, Erick and Elvin Zainal; sister-in-law; Elvina Zainal; nieces, Kayleen and Carleen Zainal; as well as a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, June 17, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home with Rev. Kelly Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Luis Mondragon, Justin Atkins, Roger Riley, Andrew Hilton, Blake Abbott, Jake Johnston, Gabriel Musser, Matthew Knobloch, Benj Cruce, Seth Oxner, Clay Fitzhugh, and Michael Paul. Honorary pallbearers will be the Men of RHO Sigma Social Club and the Monticello All-Star team coaches and players.
