JoAnn Dodson Keel
February 7, 1938 - July 13, 2024

JoAnn Dodson Keel, age 86 of Drew County, AR, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024, at her home. She was born February 7, 1938, in Drew County, AR to the late Earl Dodson and Dellar Crews Dodson.
She was the widow of William Lee “Bill” Keel, Sr. She was a retired Shop Steward with Timex, Lab Tech with AMPI, a caregiver, and a believer of God. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by siblings, E.D. Dodson, James Dodson, Robert Dodson, Daisy Mae Russell, and Billy Ray “Pete” Dodson; and sisters-in-law, Myrtle Dodson and Betty Dodson; and brother in law Lorenz Berry.
JoAnn is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Keel Langford; a son, William Lee Keel, Jr.; siblings, Betty Berry, Johnny Wayne “Buddy” Dodson and wife Alice, Jean Collins and husband Wayne, and Faye Beedle and husband Claude; grandchildren, Jacob Aaron Keel, Dwight Alexander Langford, and Michael Brandon Adams; sisters-in-law, Jeri Dodson and Connie Dodson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bud Banks officiating. There will be a visitation one hour preceding the funeral service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Gaster Hill Cemetery in Monticello.
