Waylon Reese Moore, 2 weeks of age, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Baptist Health Drew County. He was born July 9, 2024, to Jason Carroll Moore and Cheryl Lynn Trantham.
He is survived by his parents; siblings, Austin Moore, Madelin Wood and husband Josh, Abagail Chatman, Paisley Burton and Carter Burton; grandparents, Mary and George Trantham and Jerry Carroll Moore; a niece, Ryleigh Wood; a nephew, Weston Wood; his great grandmother, Irma Jean Trantham; aunt, Kelly Burnett and husband Thomas; uncle, Joey and wife Kelly of Ruston, LA; uncles, Greg and Lee of Ruston, LA; along with numerous other family members. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Vicky Moore, great grandfather, Wade Trantham and uncle, Christopher Trantham.
Graveside services will be 4:30 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2024, at Campground Cemetery with Rev. Ab Pevey officiating. There will be a visitation Monday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. You can sign Waylon’s guestbook registry on this page.
