Rastus Lee Miller, Jr., age 69 of Monticello passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. He was born October 6, 1939 in Drew County, AR.

He was a retired logger and a member of the A.M.E. faith. He was the son of the late Rastus Miller, Sr. and Julia A. Washington Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Grandy Miller of Monticello;three sons, Paul Miller and wife, LaWanda, Ray Miller and wife, Cynthia and Eddie Miller and wife, Dean, all of Wilmar; one daughter, Melissa Miller of Wilmar; two step daughters, Carolyn Miller and Renee Rush, both of Monticello; two brothers, Laron Miller of Monticello and Lee Charles Miller of Lacey; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
