  1. Jodie Ricks
My precious, gentle, talented, soft spoken friend will be so missed. We spent countless hours sitting side by side, while we watched our boys play, swim, explore, and learn together for more than 10 years. We would laugh and talk. Mostly we sat in companionable silence enjoying being moms, each to our long awaited only child. She would be knitting, me crocheting. She loved quilts. She would travel to quilt shows to enjoy the fabric art of others. She could sew, quilt, tat, smock, crochet, knit. She repaired vintage sewing machines. She loved her dogs. She loved to garden and raised chickens.
She was a cancer survivor. Her entire family is in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about Kathleen. Her parents were some of our best neighbors. Prayers for all.

  4. Barbara Hawkins Bates
She was a very kind and sweet lady. I remember her when we were young children. Peace be with the family.
