Karter O’Shaye Miller was born on February 23, 2015 to Karissa Miller in Monticello. He departed this life on May 13, 2015 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mom Karissa Miller; one brother Kareen Miller; his grandmother Cherry Miller; a great-grandmother Hazel Miller; one uncle LaDonte Miller; two aunts Yulunda Miller and Candace Miller and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
