Leslie Ann Moore, age 17 of Wilmar, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 at her home. She was born April 13, 2000 in Monticello, AR to William C. Moore and Nancy Hodges Moore.

She was a 10th grade student at Drew Central Schools and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Warren. She was preceded in death by one brother, William Moore, Jr.; her grandfather, Lewis Hodges and grandmother, Theresa Woods.

Survivors include her parents, William C. and Nancy Hodges Moore of Wilmar; one brother, Drake Moore of Wilmar; one sister, Hailey Moore of Wilmar; grandmother, Evelyn Hodges of Wilmar; grandparents, Cliff and Laverne Moore of Warren; great-grandfather, John Hodges of Wilmar; great-grandfather, Robert Guertin of Texas, great-grandparents, Bill and Sharon Woods of Oregon; great-grandmother, Jewell Shores of Stuttgart; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Willoughby Cemetery in Bradley County. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
