She was a Certified Nurses Assistant and was preceded in death by her father, Ezell Grant.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Manuel of Lafayette, LA; her mother and step-father, Pauline Hammond Adams and Booker T. Adams of Dermott; five sons, Michael Manuel, Roshawn Manuel, Joshua Manuel, Kamarius Keith and Damonnie Keith, all of Dansville, IL; two brothers, Reggie Adams and Barry Adams both of Dermott; one sister, Betty Adams of Dermott; three aunts, Versie Mitchell, Mattie Drew and Hazel Rent; three uncles, Paul Hammond, Frank Weston and Augusta Grant; three nieces, Shontell Thomas, Nicole Thomas and DeShante Adams and two nephews, Justin Adams and Braylon Adams.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
