Joel Arnold Tullos, 67, of Monticello, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born October 19, 1942 in Monticello.

He was a truck driver and Pentecostal. He was the son of the late Richard A. Tullos and Nona Freeman Tullos Barnett and was preceded in death by one brother, Morrell Tullos and one half sister, Billie Frith.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Burgess Tullos of Florida; four daughters, Vicky Russell of Texas, Lois Glover, Lisa Ridgell and Melissa McGlaughlin, all of Monticello; one brother, James Tullos of Monticello; one half brother, Hollis Faulk of Monroe, LA; two half sisters, Dorothy Barnett of Monticello and Mertis Mae McWilliams of Dallas, TX; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
