    Dear Family
I am sorry to hear of Joan passing. She was one of the nicest sweetest Christain ladies I know she always had a beautiful smiles, she loved the Lord and was a great Bible teacher
she will be missed by so many In sorrow we hear the Master He soothes the shattered soul, and when we turn to Jesus .The pieces are made whole. When sorry strikes a person, Has a place to go In the arms of Jesus the One who loves us so we may not know when sorrow strike, or when the rains may cease, But in the mist of all the storm the savior gives us peace. Thank God that even when the valley is full of foes we can raise our sights to the hills from whence cometh our help truly our disappointment are HIS appointments Trails are not to cripple us but to find comfort in Him . OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY

You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you say goodbye to your Mom and Nonna. Rest assured that you will see her again someday, even though not having her here with you is so difficult. 25. Janice McCollum Morrow
Joan was who all of the McCollum's looked to for guidance and love. She was the Matriarch. That is a very special title. She made everyone of us feel so special and loved. You don't have to worry about where she is as I know she is in heaven. For you see, you didn't have to ask if she was a Christian as she lived it everyday. She loved her family with all her heart. Her friends were her delight.

In the days ahead, all the family will be at a loss as she will be so missed. We must pick up what she left us, her legacy of loving God, family, friends and yes just everyday people she met. In Romans 8:38-39 I am comforted by the fact that nothing can separate us from the love of God. Joan knew that. She will be missed
