Brenda and family, How quickly time passes. It seems only yesterday that Bill and I were standing with you as you married. You know Bill was waiting for Marvin to arrive. They will make a Johns reunion with just the 2 of them discussing old times and Barkada. I'm so thankful that we got to spend a little time with you at Drew Memorial when Marvin and I were having tests done not long ago. Words can't change the present or the future but know you are in my thoughts and prayers each day. Only God can give you the strength, comfort and peace for the future. My prayer is that you will lean on him to get you through the days, weeks and months to come.

    With Love,
    Carole (Johns) Rushing

  16. Martha Herring-Jackson
It is with a sad heart that I heard of your recent loss. There are no words at this time that can touch the pain you feel, only God's love and comfort will suffice. I will tell Bobby Nolan of the loss of his special friend, Marvin...although he will not retain the heartbreak for more that a minute or so...God is merciful in this way. Prayers and love is sent to the family. Bobby N. Herring/Martha Herring Jackson
