Patty Anne Crowder Cherry, age 59 of Hot Springs, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at The Pine Nursing and Rehab Center in Hot Springs. She was born August 5, 1957 to Eva Ferrell Crowder Newby and the late Windell Crowder.

She was the widow of Willie Charles Cherry, a homemaker, worked for Pafford Ambulance Service and was a Christian and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her mother Eva Ferrell Crowder Newby of Hot Springs; one brother, Tony Crowder of Little Rock and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Presbyterian Cemetery in Johnsville. Arrangements by Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. On line guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com

    One of my earliest memories of Patty was when we had come back from Okinawa and were visiting all the family in Arkansas. She was around 6 years old and had the most amazing southern accent. Of course she thought we sounded strange too. We had some good laughs over that. I know you and Tony will miss her.
