Gerald was an avid fisherman and hunter. He worked many years as a telephone cable splicer. Though he was faced with many struggles in life, he overcame them all. He was a fighter and loved life.
Survivors include two brothers, Jackie Glover (Virginia) and Timothy Jolley (Phyllis) of the Possum Valley community; one sister, Angela Barnett (Jerry Lee) of Star City; three nieces, Ashley, Chelsey and Samantha; two nephews, CJ and Hunter; four great nieces and three great nephews.
