Earl Leslie Wood, age 58 of Hamburg passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at his home. He was born July 3, 1958 in Hampton to Rosie Marie Lambert Wood and the late Chester Ray Wood.

He was a construction worker and of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by one daughter Laken Wood; two nephews, Chase Ashcraft and James Wood.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Wood of Hamburg; two daughters, Kayla Wood of Hamburg and Misty Wood of Lonoke; two stepsons, Tommy Tillman of Monticello and Joshua Tillman of Hamburg; one stepdaughter, Jenny Tillman of Hamburg; his mother, Rosie Marie Lambert Wood of Dermott and stepdad John Butler of Dermott; one brother, Bobby Ray Wood and wife Jenny of Dermott; four sisters, Gladys Hudson of Hampton, Rosemary Carrington and husband Danny of Dermott, Beverly Pemberton and husband Johnny of Monticello and Brenda Wesson and husband Royce of Hamburg; four grandchildren, Payton, Adrian, Mickie Lynn and Braylon; and a large number of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Promise Land Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday night at the funeral home. The family are meeting at his mother's home in Dermott. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
