Rozell Kelley Webb, age 87 of Monticello, passed away Saturday at the The Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello. She was born January 22, 1931, in Ashley County, AR to the late Walter Washington Kelley and Lela Pink Roark Kelley.

She was the widow of Willie Eugene Webb, a retired store clerk and Burlington Industries employee, and has been of the Jehovah's Witness faith for 63 years. Mrs. Rozell attended and graduated from Fountain Hill Schools in 1950 and also attended school in Hamburg, AR. Her first love was her family and many friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Wesley Kelley of Wilmot, Artrue Lee Kelley of Bastrop, LA and Arvie Clinton Kelley of Houston, TX; and three sisters, Girlie Mallory of Waverly, NY, Luzell Bonds of Monticello and Lavern Marie McManus of Monticello.

Survivors include one daughter, Debra Lynn Cotton and husband Charles; one son, Randal Kent Webb and wife Twila; five grandchildren, Matthew Vernon Cotton and wife Jennifer, Jesse Tyler Webb, Andrew Jordan Webb, Laurn Elizabeth Webb and Katelynn Isabela Webb; three great-grandchildren, Bailey M. Cotton, Hayden Charles Cotton and Hadley Claire Cotton; and one great-great-grandchild, Vance Smith.

Graveside service will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Oakland Cemetery. On line guestbook www.stephensondearman.com
