She was the widow of Larry Stodghill, a retired bookkeeper and truck driver for Ozark Truck Lines and was a Christian. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her grandson, Robert Davis and one sister, Melba Christy.
Survivors include her daughter, Charlsie Polk and husband Billy of Green Forrest; two grandchildren, Jimmy Davis and wife Amanda of Fountain Hill and Hannah Cingolani and husband Michael of McGehee; six great-grandchildren, Denton, John Daniel, Jimmy Lee, Drake, Faith Ann and Alaina; three brothers, Tommy Derryberry and wife Linda and Billy Derryberry both of Monticello and Larry Derryberry of Albany, KY; four sisters, Janice Yarborough and husband Carl of Mayflower, Jeannie Selby and Coctha McVay both of Monticello and Lolly Hill and husband Rob of Perryville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. Sunday prior to service time. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's of Arkansas, 201 Markham Center Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205.
