Jimmy Ray Savage, age 82 of Monticello, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019 at The Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello. He was born October 14, 1937 in Moyers, OK to the late Andrew Oliver "Sam" Savage and Edith Osgood Savage.

He was a truck driver, member of Fountain Hill First Baptist Church and a graduate of Hampton High School. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Leon Savage and William E. Savage; and one sister, Reathel Wall.

Survivors include two daughters, Janla Gardner and husband Keith and Kelly Savage all of Crossett; one brother, Andy Savage and wife Kathy of Fountain Hill; two sisters, Pearl Williamson of Hamburg and Brenda Lemley and husband Donald of Batesville; two grandchildren Joseph Gardner and Loni Carter and husband Justin; and one great-granddaughter, Ariana Gardner.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2019 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Union Cemetery at Rye. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
