He was a retired logger and also worked at Wal Mart for a number of years. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Paul loved watching television and playing musical instruments. There was not an instrument that he could not play.
Survivors include two sons, Paul David Rowe, Jr. of Tennessee and Corey Rowe of Houston, TX; a very special friend, Debra McManus of Monticello; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Crossroads Cemetery in Ashley County, AR. A viewing following Covid-19 guidelines will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
