She was a retired welder, factory worker and waitress and was of the Baptist faith. Mary loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and tending to her flowers. She loved to go to dirt track races and enjoyed being with her sons and grandchildren. Mary just loved the simple life.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Harris and wife Melissa of Monticello and Jason Harris of Mercedes, TX; her father, Bobby Ricks of Caledonia, MS; four grandchildren, Erica Harris, Calley Harris, Kevin C. Harris and Haley Harris; three brothers, James Chapman and wife Lisa of Sheridan, Edward Chapman and wife Paula of Billings, MT and James Ricks and wife Brenda of Russelleville; five sisters, Carol McDougald and husband David of Wynne, Lisa Ricks of Steens, MS, Freda Seago and husband Darren of Loxahatchee, FL, Paula Barnett and husband Ritchie of Monticello and Denise Tourdot and husband Pete of Bryant; and her five beloved Chihuahuas.
